Essentially, Santorini is a paradise of blue and white. I spent a majority of my time in Oia but ventured out to Fira on my last day and also visited a black sand beach. The sand was unbelievably hot and I burnt my feet a little (thanks black sand), but the water made up for it and since there was so much salt I kinda just effortlessly floated- pretty much no physical movement involved.
And I also had the best meal of my life of my life at Candouni just to top it all off. Maybe it was because I was starving and had just traveled from Barcelona to Santorini for an entire day, but my lamb was delicious, and the atmosphere and the owner were very welcoming. Santorini is famous for it's fresh salads mainly consisting of cucumber, tomato, and feta, and no matter how hard I try I can't recreate it at home to taste as good. On a final note, even if cliff jumping seems like a good idea, don't. do. it. All I'm gonna say is that my legs were purple and blue for the next couple days.
